I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, from the reception to the restaurants, were incredibly polite, helpful and professional. The room was spacious and elegant, with luxurious decor and comfortable amenities. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and convenient. Breakfast was delicious with a decent range of choices, and the fresh juices were a highlight. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.
Nothing all good.

The views from the room were breathtaking and the pool area was very relaxing. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The location was very remote and we had trouble finding transportation to explore the area. The food was mediocre and overpriced, leaving us feeling disappointed.

The hotel provided amazing hospitality to our large group during our thanksgiving stay. the luxurious and spacious rooms were complimented with warm and friendly staff who were always polite and helpful. the interior design perfectly captured the essence of the local culture. the hotel was in a prime location for exploring local attractions and the breakfast was great.
There were some aspects of the hotel that could use improvement. the indoor pool located inside the gym was too small and often overcrowded with out of control young children, making it difficult for other guests to enjoy.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, but it is compensated with a variety of facilities such as indoor and outdoor pools, equipped gym, and three restaurants. the room was elegantly decorated, with a stunning view from every angle. the staff was generally good in offering information and advice on the hotel facilities. the F&B director cared about the food quality and our overall comment during breakfast.
The bady cot's linen quality was not maintained, which was disappointing to find many little holes on it.

From the moment we entered this hotel, we felt like royalty. the luxurious amenities provided in every corner of this venue made our stay unforgettable. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center were top-notch, while the private facilities exceeded our expectations. the restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes, and in-room breakfast was perfect. the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning view.
At times, the live entertainment was too loud and disturbing for a peaceful atmosphere. Despite this minor issue, the beauty treatment and body wrap we received were remarkable.

The spacious room, luxurious bathroom, and comfortable bed made for an enjoyable stay. The hotel bar on the 41st floor offered stunning views of Zhuhai and Macau. The breakfast had adequate choices and the fresh juices were a highlight.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
